On July 13, 2021, the Town of Luther will hold an election for the registered voters of Luther to decide if the Town Clerk position should be changed from an elected one to an appointed (hired) one. The duties of the Town Clerk, which include the responsibility of Treasurer and Flood Plain Administrator, are listed in our Code Book.
