Have you noticed the bumpy section of Fifth Street between Main and Ash? How about the potholes on Pecan Street (the road between BancFirst and Dollar General)?
Improvements are on the way. Beginning the second week of April, Oklahoma County District 3 will be repaving Pecan and Fifth Streets. Oklahoma County crews will also pave the new section of S. Birch between Eighth and 178th Streets.
Expect temporary road closures/detours during road improvements; however, affected residents and businesses will have access.
