In reference to the investigation of the Assault and Battery against Michael Class, the investigation has slowed because of the reduction of information. The calls have stopped and all leads were exhausted resulting in negative findings.
In reference to the subject who entered Luther driving a stolen vehicle that struck the construction worker, all evidence was turned over to OSBI for possible identification. The video footage was brought to OSBI and enhanced to get a better picture of the suspect. From the footage, you can clearly see the suspect was on his cell phone, possibly trying to contact someone to take him away from the Town. We can only wait and hope there is an identification made from the evidence provided.
