As part of Luther’s Quasquicentennial (125 years), two events are on the calendar so far, a Founders’ Day 5K and a Parade. Both events give an opportunity for vendors to celebrate, and meet the crowds and visitors anticipated for both events.
- Founders’ Day 5K and Street Market | March 18, 2023. Race at 9 AM. Market hours 9 AM – 1 PM. (Register to run or walk in the race here.)
- Founders; Day Parade and Street Dance | April 8, 2023. Parade at 5 PM. Vendor hours 5 PM – 9 PM.
Vendors fees are $25 per event. Sign-up using the form below.
- Each vendor is responsible for their own set up and tear down.
- Electricity is not provided (generators are allowed).
- Booths will be located along sidewalks.
- Send payment ($25 for one event, $50 for both) by calling Town Hall, 405-277-3833, to leave a credit card, or mail a check to PO 56 Luther, OK 73054, or visit us at 108 S Main. Refunds will not be given.
- All registrants must fill out the online form.
- Set up: March 18 at 8 AM. April 8 at 4 PM.
- Vendors are encouraged to link to and/or post and reference the Town of Luther’s Facebook page to promote vendor participation.
- A limited number of vendor spots are available. Your spot is not confirmed until you get a return email and the Town receives payment.
- All food vendors must be approved by the health department.
- State tax permits are required so the events can support the community – supporting the vendors who sell the merchandise, and the town who provides the space for the event. (Luther local sales tax is 8.5%.
