Luther Business Day

Special Business Event

Luther businesses are invited to a Business Services Forum on Thursday, March 7, at 11 am at Luther Town Hall. The one-hour meeting will allow attendees to hear from representatives of the Central Oklahoma Workforce Innovation Board and Oklahoma Department of Commerce, featuring an open forum discussion showcasing business services provided through the state and federal WIOA funds.

Available resources include subsidized wages, registered apprenticeships, incentives, and tax credits.

In addition, Luther businesses can do some networking. Businesses also can renew the $50 business fee, due by May 15, 2024, although not required to complete at this meeting. Business licenses expire on April 30.

Even if you don’t have a business in Luther but might in the future, please come and see what you can learn.

We hope you can slip away for an hour on Thursday, March 7, from 11 to noon. If you can’t come but would like to attend business-focused events, let us know and suggest a time.
