March 2022-Having trouble logging into eCommerce?

There was a change made to our eCommerce site by our utility billing software company.

You now have to sign in with your email instead of your username.  Your password should be the same – but when you type it – lots of encryption dots come up, which can be confusing.

If you can’t remember what your email or password:

– first, you need to select Forgot Password
– then you’ll be asked to answer your security question.
