The Luther Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 9, 2023, at 7 PM. The public hearing will be held at Luther Town Hall, 108. S Main.
The hearing is to consider an application for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) for property generally located on 16150 E Coffee Creek Road, for purposes of placing a second single-family residence on a 21-acre tract of land. A copy of the proposed application is on file in the office of the Town Clerk at Luther Town Hall.
Interested persons are urged to attend and express their views on this amendment to the zoning ordinance.
The Town of Luther Board of Trustees will take up the SUP application on Tuesday, October 10, at 7 PM, at Town Hall.
